DEFINITIONS
All of our honeys are USDA Grade A and are certified Kosher.

We try to maintain 10 different kinds of honey in stock, if we run out of a certain honey it will be listed below.
Acacia	Acacia honey is an very light, very smooth honey. 03/20/09 - SOLD OUT
Alfalfa	Very light honey with a pleasing, mild flavor and aroma.
Basswood	Light honey with a mild flavor. 10/28/09 - SOLD OUT
Buckwheat	Very dark and full-bodied honey.
Clover	Light honey with pleasing, mild taste.
Goldenrod	Locally produced light honey with distinctive flavor.
Orange Blossom	Light honey with a fresh scent and sweet taste.
Sourwood	Light, specialty honey from North Carolina. 07/10/09 - SOLD OUT
Tulip Poplar	Dark in color but has a mild flavor.
Tupelo	Light heavy bodied honey with a distinctive taste.
Wildflower	Dark honey blended for a mild flavor.
Blueberry	Pure honey with a natural Blueberry flavor added to it. (1 lb. jars only)
Raspberry	Pure honey with a natural Raspberry flavor added to it. (1 lb. jars only)
We can even bottle the honey of your choice in any of our in stock containers and label it with custom printed labels for wedding favors, gifts (holidays, birthdays, office, etc.) or other special occasions.
